Delete your MyNest account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. Your profile is hidden straight away, and everything is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period, in case you change your mind.

Two ways

How to delete

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open MyNest and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab and tap Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

By email (without the app)

  1. Email info@iplust.in from the email address you use to sign in to MyNest.
  2. Use the subject “Delete my MyNest account”.
  3. We may ask you to confirm the request, to protect you from someone else deleting your account.
  4. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What happens

What is deleted, and when

After 30 days, we permanently delete

  • Your profile, photos and profile details
  • Your location and preferences
  • Your matches, likes and the messages you sent
  • Your devices, sessions and push notification tokens
  • Your email address and date of birth
  • Your unused credits

Changed your mind? Sign in within 30 days and your account is restored.

What we keep, and why

The law and member safety require us to keep a small amount of information for longer. It is no longer linked to your name or email.

Just need a break? Pause your account in Settings instead. New people will not see you, and your matches and chats stay until you come back. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
