Where do I find my order number?
It’s in your order confirmation email and starts with “IPT”, for example IPT2611-1A2B3C4D.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code.
My order shows as shipped but the courier link has no updates.
Courier systems can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan. If there’s still nothing after a day, contact us with your order number.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Write to us with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.
