Where we ship
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not ship outside India.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹499 or more (after discounts): free delivery.
- Orders below ₹499: a flat ₹49 delivery charge.
The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation (Cash on Delivery orders: of order placement).
- Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
- Pre-booked items ship as soon as stock arrives; we email you the expected date.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships we email the courier name and tracking link. You can also check status any time on the Track order page.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails after the courier's attempts (wrong address, unreachable phone, refused parcel), the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders we refund the product value minus the actual shipping cost both ways.
Damaged or tampered parcels
Please don't accept a parcel that is visibly damaged or tampered with. If you notice damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photos and an unboxing video if available. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Partner-store products
Products marked "partner store" are sold and shipped by that store (for example Amazon or Flipkart), under its own shipping terms.
