These terms govern your use of I Plus T Shop (iplust.in/shop), operated by I Plus T Solution, Gurugram, Haryana, India. By placing an order you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. The shop serves customers in India only.
Two kinds of products
- Ships from I Plus T: sold by I Plus T Solution. Your contract of sale is with us and these terms apply in full.
- Partner-store products: shown with a "partner store" label and bought on a third-party website. That store is the seller; its terms, pricing, delivery, warranty and returns apply. We are not a party to that sale. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery and COD charges are shown at checkout.
- The price you pay is the one our server confirms at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after the payment is verified.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders because of stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or delivery limits, with a full refund.

Product information
We try to describe products accurately. Colours may look different on your screen, and dimensions are approximate. Country of origin, warranty and seller details are listed on the product page or the invoice.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the shop: no automated scraping, probing for vulnerabilities, fraudulent orders or abusive messages. We may block access for misuse.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, logos and original images belong to I Plus T Solution or its licensors. Brand names belong to their owners.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
